Gav spent 13 years in agencies as a suit and a planner, and 11 years as a client. His agency career included time in London, New York & Sydney at AMV, BBDO, TBWA, Publicis & Campbell Doyle Dye. Agency brand experience includes (amongst many others) Guinness, Volvo, PlayStation, Pepsi, 3, Absolut, Toyota and Bacardi. As a client he has been Head of Brand Strategy at O2, director of customer innovation for Telefonica, and the founder of giffgaff. He has been the CMO for Paddy Power & Yopa, and is now Chief Customer Officer for Boden.
