Client Director, dunnhumbyMatt is responsible for media enablement at Tesco, which means liaising with Tesco to plan the breath of media channels and products available and the guidelines for that inventory to serve Brands and Agencies. It also involves training and guiding the media planning teams on how to engage with suppliers regarding the latest media opportunities. Common day to day challenges include how to better use Tesco’s first-party data to inform and activate more efficient media campaigns with stronger ROAS and investigating what elements of the customer journey can be enhanced with media. Matt has a BSc degree in Marketing and Food Management and started his career with Tesco’s own label supplier Bakkavor. He then worked in Tesco Head Office before joining dunnhumby over 17 years ago. Matt lives in London, near the river Thames, and is an avid Kayaker. Matt is also a keen runner and swimmer to help keep his body as active as his mind!
