Natalie is CEO of MG OMD. MG OMD has been recognised as Agency of the Year 5 times since 2019 across Campaign and MediaWeek awards, and is the most awarded UK agency in the history of the IPA Effectiveness awards. MG OMD has an enviable client list including HM Government (the UK’s largest advertiser) and John Lewis & Partners (UK advertiser of the Decade, Campaign 2020).
Natalie has personally been recognised by Campaign as the top media leader in the UK in 2021, and twice as a Female Frontier leader. In 2020-2021 Natalie co-chaired OmniwomenUK+Allies, the women’s network across 60 Omnicom UK agencies and she leads the agency’s D&I initiatives which include MG Open Media Academy – an education and mentoring programme for disadvantaged entry level talent. She is a regular speaker at industry events and has a particular passion for nurturing young talent – including judging the Campaign UK 30 under 30 awards for the past 4 years.
Previously Natalie was Managing Director, and before that Head of Digital at the agency, and she spent her early years in magazine publishing.
