She also oversees eBay UK’s performance marketing budget and its customer growth & engagement strategy, including its partnership with Nectar. Sarah is passionate about balancing objectivity and measurement with creative work – bringing an outcomes based approach to the overall marketing mix. Sarah is passionate about D&I and unlocking the hidden upside in a diverse workforce. Prior to eBay, Sarah worked in FP&A for brands such as Expedia and Lululemon. Sarah has an MBA from the Ivey Business School in Ontario, Canada and is a part qualified management accountant.
