As the media and publishing lead, he oversees the creation of effective paid and organic media plans, including sponsorships and promotional partnerships that optimize client expenditures and produce measurable ROI. Guided by Fletcher’s media insights, his online and offline media specialists solve our clients’ business challenges and drive innovation that motivates audiences to action. Under his leadership, R&R has created a tech stack program, including specialists in programmatic across DSP, search and social. Additionally, he and team have secured betas and first-evers for clients Google and Facebook preferred agency partner, Twitter best practice beta partner, Instagram video beta partner, Pandora audio ads beta partner, just to name a few.
